Dear King
I would be grateful if you could help me to solve my problem.
I am the war invalid (1st class), disabled liquidator (1st class). For seven long years my country Ukraine, but especially the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine don’t want to execute the court decision which came into law force (№ of the lawsuit 2-a-7873/2010/0670. The lawsuit is about buying for me one-roomed flat in the town of Cherkassy according the Chernobyl law.
We, liquidators, save the world from nuclear disaster at the expense of our health and our life and the leaders of my country took the path of deception.
Example: My amount of pension must be 11 thousand hryvnyas (400 dollars). The state pays me half of it.
In 2011 the flat was bought for me in the town of Cherkassy. But the functionaries of the Cherkassy Region administration have stolen both the flat and money.
Only one Cherkassy Region governor Tulub stole from the budget 135 million of gryvnyas and went with his family to Spain.
The Minister of Finance Danylyuk, the Minister of Social Policy Reva in their letters refused me in buying the flat.
They broke the court decision, they broke the war invalid.
I appealed to the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine more than 30 times. The result if omission (zero).
I am a former military man. If, my letter is on the President Poroshenko table or the Prime-Minister the court decision will be fulfilled and some functionaries will lose their positions or freedom. But in our country there if the President administration which protects from different letters and complaints.
My lawsuit №12172/13 has been proceeding in the European Court for 4 years.
I address to you for to buy me a one-roomed flat in the town of Cherkassy because there is great corruption in the highest echelons of power in our country.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
_______

Most Respectfully,
Vasyl Pryshchepchuk
