I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, Iraida Anatolyevna Zhiltsova, and I have to distract you from state affairs, for which I apologize. But I don't see any other way to solve my problem.
My friend, American citizen Mario Duarte, a soldier of the United States Army who served in the territory of your state at Camp Buehring, is being held in the prison of your State. He was detained on July 27, 2019 at the airport of Kuwait due to an expired passport at the time when he was supposed to fly to Russia, to me, to Saratov, for the period of his vacation. He was given a fine of $ 3,000, which I paid with great difficulty, since Mario does not have access to his bank account. I spent more than a year looking for money, taking it out on a bank loan. Then I paid for the work of his lawyer in the amount of $ 2,800, which again spent a very significant amount of time and also took them on credit at a high interest rate. Considering that I had previously paid for the replacement of Mario with another soldier for the period of his vacation and his flight to Russia for a total of $ 3,700, I was left with huge debts to the banks.
The fine is paid, the lawyer's work is also paid. But now the American side demands from me a new payment for his flight to Saratov and the processing of his documents for another $ 3,300. Of course, I do not have them, and there is no possibility to take out another loan either.
I humbly ask you, dear Mr. Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, to help me and Mario Duarte, please understand this situation. I will pray for you.
